Nose
Soft, smokey with notes of burnt grass, flowery and briny (reduced: gentle, smokiness resides at the back but the briny notes are clear and present, some sweetness emerge with some fruit - mango!)
Taste
Powerfull, flavors of burnt grass/hay like, a juicy peat flavor, slightly peppery, mouth coating and above all very clean. (reduced: gentle and creamy, a nice subtle saltiness and yet full of flavors).
Finish
Long, fiery, buttery and a touch of oak.
