Colour: white wine. Nose: Lots of apple juice, tinned pineapples and rosewater, with the phenolic notes taking off little by little after a while. Something nicely ashy, waxy, before it gets frankly maritime, on fresh oysters, kelp… And then we have quite some caramel, fudge, cooked pears…
