Nose
This is fabulous stuff. Full, strong thick, vanilla fudge and oak, nuts, a mixture of yellow and red fruit, dark sugar sweetness, some mint and faint oranges
Taste
Strong, honey sweetness, then dark sugars, fudge, ripe red fruits, nuts and oak. Just a lovely balance.
Finish
Medium long. Minty at the start of the finish and it dies away nicely, then overripe red fruits, nuts and oak. Only slightly drying and not bitter at all.
