Colour: white wine. Nose: it’s one of these rather waxy/smoky/yeasty indie HPs, with a good smokiness and something faintly mineral, the whole getting then rather grassy and even more porridgy as well. Hints of vulcanised rubber and fresh butter. Mouth: sweet and very ‘natural’, more on apple liqueur this time but with always a little rubber and these grassy notes. Slight smokiness and more and more apples and hints of green tea. Finish: medium long, grassy (apple peelings).
