Nose: a very light nose, very mineral with some fruits here and there.
Taste: mouth equally light, too watery on fruits and vegetables (heather, boxwood ...) accompanied by a small saline note.
Finish: malt, pastry cream and some spices in this beautiful long finish. Salt is always present.
