Nose:
slight hint of salt is noticeable, but it is really discreet, has something of salted caramel ice cream, honey, thyme and rosemary, oak chips, vanilla, some anise and cinnamon, fresh toast and some hazelnut.
Taste:
Still salted toffee mixed with some hazelnut, dry hay, dried apricot, some hops, leather, milk chocolate, light citrus notes with the salt, definitely an interesting mix with variety in the mouth.
Finish:
Salted hazelnut, dry, hops, some bitterness with oak, leather, medium length.
