The One is the range of blended whiskeys from Lakes, a distillery in the north of England which, since its foundation in 2011, has established itself as one of the most interesting entities in the growing English whiskey movement. The One series combines single malt from the English distillery with malt and grain whiskeys from Scotland (Highlands, Speyside and Islay), with a share of slightly peated whisky. They are unfiltered and uncolored whiskies. The blend finishes aging in Oloroso Sherry Casks personally selected in Andalusia by Whiskeymaker Dhavall Gandhi
