Colour: gold. Nose: Develops on rather beautiful notes of wet undergrowth, mushrooms, moss, fern… Quite some liquorice as well, coal, shoe polish, old leather, pipe tobacco… Mouth: exactly the same happens, lots of liquorice, caramel and mint but also a much heavier vinosity than on the nose, with also quite some tannins, grape seeds and skin, getting rougher with time, especially at the finish that’s still quite rough and vinous.
