Nose:
Ashy, slightly sooty smoke, with tropical fruit, light medicinal notes, some oak, but not much, more smoke and fruit notes, maybe a little more lemon, thyme. The smoke is more concomitant, complementary, not overwhelming dominating everything.
Taste:
Quite tart, herbs, sage, a little lemon, slightly musty oak, quite dry. Clear peat notes, a little bit cold ashy, only a little fruit in the background.
Finish:
Mint, peat, cold smoke, slightly astringent, oak, in the background, the tropical fruits of the nose come out again easily. The finish is beautiful but relatively short.
