Nose:
Starts with fermented fruits. Lemon and a clear grassy note come to the front. Something salty, in addition still brackish water. Artificial softwood aroma. A bit of sour apple and a slight waxy note.
Taste:
Thick, soft but bitter start. Moist cardboard box and bitter walnut. Also in the taste, the artificial softwood and fermented fruit. Apricot, lemon jelly taste.
Finish:
Medium. Peppered, bitter walnut, fermented fruit and old lemon. Nevertheless, a creamy, harsh mouthfeel.
