Nose:
Intense, light fruit mixture, fresh orange juice, lime, mango, green apples. Light sandalwood note, ginger. No trace of sherry. With water: even more fruity, now banana and coconut at the start. Benefited.
Taste:
Despite cask strength milder, beautiful fruity onset, everything from the nose can be found again, but seems a little more mature than expected. Then clear oak and a hint of meaty smoke. With water: a bit milder overall, but the oak is still pushing forward a bit.
Finish:
Medium long, a bit more oak, but the fruit is good.
