Nose: Very malty to begin with, then apples, nutmeg, coffee beans and some nutty notes.
Palate: Sherry comes through on the palate, initially spicy, cinnamon and aniseed and then more toffee like.
Finish: Soft saltiness, Manuka honey, soft and lasting marzipan notes.
