Nose: from the start very fresh, this nose, if it requires a little time to reveal itself, suggests some pretty marked vegetable notes. Freshly cut grass, daisy. Notes sweeter and fruity. Old varnished wood.
Taste: immediately extremely fruity, sweet onset, sweet, sour and creamy at the same time. Soon, however, comes a decent oak freight with a slight bitterness.
Finish: medium and also quite bitter, with a little woody kick.
