Nose
Direct after pouring: already very smooth. It starts off with glue, pine resin, pastry dough, vanilla, and rum-soaked raisins. After a while, it only gets better: less glue, more of the dough and raisins, plus dates, gooseberry, berry cheesecake, vanilla and pine resin.
Taste
Oily and sweet, on juicy and sour gooseberries, berries, sherry, vanilla, juniper, pine resin and a lot of dough. Very pleasant, soft and velvety.
Finish
Long and lingering, on dough, vanilla custard, sour berries, sherry and raisins. There is hardly any pepper.
