Nose: first dark fruits and then becomes more and more maritime. Salt, iodine, citrus zests, bracken, nutty sherry.
Taste: soft and slightly oily. At first nutty, slightly sherry tonic, salt, light peat smoke, bracken.
Finish: elegant, long. Salted nuts, maybe some mustard.
