Nose: in a closed, faint aroma, sweet caramel notes (candy on a stick) and nuances of lemon, grapefruit gradually develop. Then, in a few minutes, the echoes of old skin, pepper and bellies appear as a separate train. It is felt that the whisky spent many years in a bottle.
Taste: sweet, oak, with citrus sourness and a candy note.
Finish: short, caramel, slightly peppery, to the extent of oak, with echoes of sherry, the taste of a cigar and fragrant lacquered oak (a characteristic taste of a long-produced whisky).
