Intensely sherried with cacao,cherry,blackberry, wine vinegar, lacquered wood, coffee and a bit of smoke
Taste
Cherries again (both sweet and sour), raisins, citrus, balsamico, dark chocolate, some tannins. Also heavy on mushrooms and sulphur
Finish
Reminds me of Schwarzwalder kirsch. Earthy notes take over (mushrooms again!), dried herbs, pecan nuts, more suphur and a whiff of smoke
