Some grassiness and apples, almost no sweetness and just a touch of vanilla. Also some distant notes of citrus like a rotten orange. 
Taste
Grassy and spicy. Wet and mold hay
Finish
Rather short, without water is quite spirity. With water, still spicy but also some sweetness emerge at the end
