Colour: pale gold.
Nose: well, notes of porridge.
With water: big smoke now. Fermenting grass and garden bonfire.
Mouth (neat): a very nice albeit very
heavy grassiness plus bags and bags of all kinds of pepper. Biting.
With
water: even if still very ‘different’. Herbal liqueurs.
Finish: long, peppery,
grassy, herbal. Lemon in the aftertaste.
