Nose:
 Full-bodied and meaty, with oily toasted nuts and leather armchair, 
with Medjool dates, plump raisin and cooked apple with a helping of 
cinnamon spice.
                    Palate:
 Dark berry coulis, with fig and date sweetness returning alongside 
mature, savoury notes of old bookcases, followed by a dusting of cocoa 
and chocolate-covered toffee.
                    Finish: Vanilla oak tempers white pepper and clove-studded orange, with salted dark chocolate lingering.
