Nose: it takes a while, until something shows up here. Low-key nose. After some time, then mild peat smoke, fish, vanilla and honey has worked past the alcohol.
Taste: peat smoke and salt are almost mild on the tongue. Smoked pork, juniper berries, pepper and sweet paprika. Also the vanilla and the honey from the nose are there.
Finish: medium to short, smoky, vanilla sweet.
