Rum-Bar White of proof comes from Worthy Park Estate in Jamaica, which has existed since 1670, the first recorded rum production took place in the 1741st.
In 1962 there was a general overproduction of rum in Jamaica. Therefore, the family decided to shut down production of rum.
First, in 2004 it was decided to resume RUM production, and intended to be more effective, after which they built a new distillery which became clear in 2005.
Rum Bar White Over Proof is a blend of 3, not stored white rum. All 3 rum is distilled on their 100% Pot Still.
It is great for drinks, and very interesting to explore as white rum.
