Tasting Notes:
Nose: Beautiful old and harmonious Sherry influence, extremely elegant. Dried fruit, bitter cake dough, slightly earthy, with cocoa, coffee and the scent of a new newspaper, later also fruity, oranges and grapefruit. Gradually, more and more nutty notes, as well as some fudge and marzipan. The whole thing is wonderfully harmonious and balanced.
Mouth: Soft, mild, with perfectly integrated alcohol and still good power. Again beautiful elegance, citrusy fresh and yet elegant age. In principle, it tastes just as it smells, is not quite as full as the aroma suggests, but still shows quite voluminous and compact.
Finish: Medium long, now drier, with fine wood and subtle sherry.
