Nose
Wonderful and creamy nose on acacia honey, furniture polish, fudge and all sorts of sweet, dark and dried fruits. Quite a bit of eucalyptus and even a bit of thyme. Cough syrup. Typical heather and sweet peat are discernable, but it takes an effort. Pinch of salt.
Taste
On the palate, it is the salt that I notice first. Then the whole immediately turns sweet. Very strong attack on pepper and clove. Again dark and dried fruits like figs and prunes.
Finish
The finish is very long on sherry.
