N: Faint orange floral nose. Nutty caramel and bourbon sugars, young citrus and pear - a combination of mature youthfulness. Its very Highland like. Also, hints of saline, but overall this is a subtle malty floral number.
T: A consistent thread of white pepper is laced through the entire development and finish. Caramel here obviously [40% abv] and bubblegum notes equalled by sour lemon and refined white sugar. Malty too. Also, over cooked, soft, stewed chillis.
F: Bubblegum notes are stronger on the finish, matched my salty sour citrus. Short/medium finish, lingering. Peppery caramel at the death.
