Color: Pretty pale gold color. Very nice effervescence with a persistent collar.
Nose: Spicy and complex nose with notes of peach and a slight fresh nutty side which pleasantly surprises us.
Mouth: The attack is frank. This wine has a very nice balance of freshness and a lemony note. Nice length with a tangy and crunchy finish.
This vintage is very pleasant and surprising.
