Aroma bright, sweet, oily: minerality (iodine, salt, stones, pharmacy), marzipans, croissants with jam, grass, branches, smoked, honey. The taste is dense, spicy: pepper, sweet pastry, apple jam, fresh honey, a hint of smoke and smoked meat, vegetable oil, some citrus, minerality, oak, light grassy bitterness. The aftertaste is even, long, slightly astringent: an oak with spices, minerality, honey and bread.
