Nose:
Honey, lemon, pineapple, apple, brine, cream and biscuit.
Taste: Quite bitter at first with mainly honey and a little lemon. Some digestive biscuit notes.
It does get sweeter with time and more full on the palate but the oak is screaming at me which I find unusual for a 12 year old. Lemon & orange peels also in the mix.
Finish: quite short with some bitternes until the end.
