Colour: straw. Nose: Cow stable, old seaweed on the beach, then lemon juice, almonds and a little milk. Wet limestone, clay… High-end leather With water. Clean cow stable and raw ‘natural’ milk. Slight fizziness, lemonade, ginger tonic. Mouth (neat): ‘A lemony bite’, still. With water: classic, an unusual honeyness. A little vanilla fudge. Finish: rather long, peaty and vanilled.
