Nose : Lots happening here. Fruits striked me first (apricot, peach). With aeration, there're pushed in the background by a mineral side. Lemon, walnut, polish and smoke too. Complex nose for sure. Still evolving during tasting.
Mouth : Lemony, juicy, smoky, peppery, salty and sour. Slightly ashy.
Finish : Medium, lemony and salty.
