Nose: very fresh and lemony mixed in with a little honey. Smells sweet like an ice bun.
Taste: a little thin on the palate on brioche, lemon marmalade, icing sugar and touches of kiwi fruit.
Finish: not a very long length put its still crisp on the tongue.
