Pineapple, ripe banana and citrus. Vanilla.
Lemon peel. Honey and butterscotch.
Malty. Lovely restrained oakiness.
Taste:
Spicy and sweet. First the sweetnes is icing sugar crisp. Later more honey-like.
Citrus bon-bon. Some toffee and honeyed sweetness. Well
integrated wood spices.
Finish:
Medium to long. Citrus sweetness. Spicy. Slightly drying with a chocolaty bitterness.
