Nose: a harmonious combination of great sherry and brown sugar, heavy fruity marmalade and a little wood. Also dry leather, chocolate and subtly spicy herbs are represented.
Taste: sweet Sherry with caramelized sugar and bitter herbes, nutmeg; dried, slightly smoky fruit, a little wood and creamy chocolate pudding.
Finish: medium long with dried oranges, herbs and cocoa. Dry with notes of old oak boards.
