Nose
quite dark for only 8 years and Scottish climate :-)
Only 8 years but already a lot of sherry fruit. Nevertheless the alcohol comes through and you realize that some years would have helped.
Taste
Unfortunately no Cask Strength which would have helped a lot I guess. Nevertheless an easy drink whisky with ups and downs but generally quite positive.
Finish
For me the finish is the best as quite fruity long and not bitter (even with its young years) at all.
