Nose:
Old sherry notes. The dark fruit remains very dominant: raspberries and figs. Brittle and pastry notes.
Taste:
Then comes on a slightly sharp tingling at the tip of the tongue. Ground pepper, dry sherry and notes of cinnamon and cardamom.
Finish:
Sweet and spicy vanilla. Then become drier over time. Remains very long.
