Nose: a fresh, young, fruity and subtle whisky with aromas of fresh fruits (mainly apple and pear), floral tones, honey, hay, subtle vanilla, milk, fresh yeast, caramel, barley sugar, apple juice, hint of mineral tones and a faint smell of oak.
Taste: a fresh, young, slightly spiced whisky with aromas of apple, barley sugars, pear, vanilla, honey, candied ginger, white pepper, subtle cinnamon, bitter caramel, maple syrup, melon, subtle tannins and subtle oak.
Finish: a medium long and slightly drying find with aromas of white pepper, vanilla, ginger, apple juice, pear and some oak spices.
