Nose: peat is present but not invasive with notes of fruit (pear, quince) and flowers (pink, lily). quite complex.
Taste: the mouth remains on the fruits, with liquorice and a little anise, and always this astonishing freshness fat or dry and perfectly balanced.
Finish: finish long and peaty delicately. the fruits come back over licorice. A little pepper.
