Nose
Starts salty with a pungent sea breeze and tide pools. Then becomes citrus-toned, sweet florality, varnish-like bourbon sweetness, subtle peat smoke and tangy mud notes. With water: softer but still salty. Again tidal pools, laurel, ripe citrus notes, lilac and delicate peat smoke.
Taste
Beautiful oily onset with salt, peat smoke, mineral and metallic notes, citrus zests, polished oak and fragrant florality. With water: Balanced, again paint-like bourbon notes, salt, citrus, yellow cherries and delicate peat smoke.
Finish
Long, fragrant, salty and surprisingly floral.
