Nose
Very fresh, a tad salty, fruity (first apple and banana, later dark and dried fruits like bramble and apricot), some subtle sulphury notes, walnuts, cinnamon, and honeyed barley.
Taste
Quite sweet, developing to moderately bitter. Honey, pepper, ginger, toffee, banana and apricot, eucalyptus, salted almonds.
Finish
Soft, only a tad bitter, pepper, caramel, dark fruits, mint and other herbs, apricot and honey.
