Nose: alcoholic sharpness intermingled with citrus zest. Lots of flowery notes of geraniums and freesias. Grassiness. Nettle-soup. Mustardy as well.
Taste: very hot and spicy on the palate. Lemon and lime. Orange peel. Malty notes. Oakiness from new wood. But also creme caramel and toffee. Gingerbread.
Finish: long. Lots of ginger. Liquorice. A little pepper. Pine and mint.
