Nose: very light and floral on sherbet lemon sweets, pineapple, white wine, pear and a little mint.
Taste: spirity and sweet, a little prickly at first on lemon sherbet and pear (reminds me of Copperberg pear cider). Custard cream biscuits and buttercream.
Finish: not that long on sweet sherbet.
