Bottled in 2003 from 3 casks, 2868 bottles produced.
The nose is sweet on all kinds of sherry notes going from raisins to whipped cream to saddle bags. Nuts, roasted and sugared.
It is fairly sweet on the palate, but also quite bitter. There is hardly and fruit left, bar some pink grapefruit. On the palate, the rubber returns.
Spice-wise, this is ginger and cinnamon with a hint of cloves.
The finish is long and spicy.
