The nose is rather light on baked pears, caramel, vanilla and a drop of coconut milk. Some gooseberries, but way in the back. Something that reminds me of freshly baked bread. A floral touch too.
Some pepper and coriander. Then the pears kick in, as does the coconut milk. Perfect continuation of the nose, but in all honesty it does not have much going on.
The finish is surprisingly long and remains quite spicy.
