Nose:
Initial whiffs of alcohol, then soon the smoke and a very pleasant mix of dryness and sweetness. After some times it evolves with banana and some orange zests.
Taste:
Round, really well balanced, dry. A little bit too light (not weak) in the middle, but remarkably clean and balanced. Citrus (lemon, orange) and dry wine clearly come out.
Finish:
Definitely long, sweet and clean. It comes out more clearly the wood (even some resin). The lemon and the orange never leave your palate.
