First tasting: caramel and toffee, pear drops, cinnamon and ginger bread, a whiff of smoke and a wee bit of almond.
After 3 hours: salted butter, barley, pear drops, smoke and oranges.
Quite thin, a bit oily, with dominant caramel fudge. The ginger becomes louder, the nuttiness moves to the background.
After 3 hours: salt water taffee, pear, honey, ginger.
Quite short, focused on the caramel fudge and spices. Not too complex.
